  Very rude service. Booked at Woodland Lake RV Resort a month in advance, drove over an hour to get there on Labour Day weekend just to be denied access at check in because we weren't 25. No where on their website or confirmation email did it tell us we had to be over 25, so after asking why this was never pointed out on the website or confirmation email prior to our arrival, we were very rudely told by the manager "I don't care, it's my campground and my campground is not a party campground".

  After a very frustrating conversation with the rude manager, we got our money back and booked at Silent Valley Campground in Ayton, wonderful park with fantastic service and very friendly people. Had a very relaxing stay, we played cards, went on a few walks but mostly spent our time cooking over the fire. It was a nice quiet getaway - all that we wanted, highly recommend Silent Valley!!

  BEST campground ever!! There's SO much to do. Great place for kids and families. Lots of activities throughout the summer. This could be a long review but what else can I say except check it out!!!

  The campground was nice. That's the only nice thing about it. The staff was rude. The dog park was borderline unusable since it had holes in the fences. We paid extra money for a waterfront site only to be in the middle and not even see the water. The men's bathroom was flooded for over three days and there was no staff around to address it. And the amenities were under lock and key, so as an overnight camper we had no idea that we had to ask permission to use them.

  Lots of fun trailer and rv park. There is fishing, ah play ground, volley ball, badminton, swimming both in a lake and in a pool, there's even a splash pad. Showers on site for the public. You can even play darts in the community building the odd night or watch the fireworks on Canada day!
